support your breast.
• Support your baby
when you are nursing the baby. Use arms, pillows or blanket when you are
nursing.
• Feed the baby
frequently or else you will experience painful clogged milk ducts.
• Stay relaxed when
you are nursing your baby. Drink water or juice to stay hydrated while
breastfeeding.
